My husband and I enjoyed this resort so much. It had such welcoming and helpful employees. They had free breakfast that comes with the stay. The property is very authentically Balinese. It situated in central Ubud and backs onto the rain forest. We traveled with a family of 5 (3 teenagers). The property is situated 5min walk for the main street in Ubud. It is lovely and quite, has lovely gardens and pool. The staff were outstanding and helped us with everything. The breakfast is excellent. Way more than we could eat. The on site massage is wonderful and we booked in daily! We also walked into town every evening for dinner (approx 7min walk to the main square) and approx 25min walk to monkey forest.

Hanaka Riverside Ubud is fabulous! The host Dewa responds very quickly and is very accommodating to any requests. The rooms are beautiful, just as the picture shows. It is extremely clean & modern with Balinese decor. And I could not have asked for a better location. The entire staff here is so kind and welcoming & happy to help. The area is safe and secure. It is such a wonderful place, I decided to extend my stay here. I highly recommend.

Everything was done with grace! I miss it bad. The service was excellent. They would serve us breakfast even when we were not in the hotel. They would leave the breakfast for us in the room and send us cute WhatsApp pics of the breakfast. Went above and beyond. This has been my best hotel/villa experience ever. Kudos to the staff for running it so well.

Excellent pool, with heating feature! Fantastic view from room and big pool High quality fine dining food served on cascade restaurant. Very friendly staff. Appreciate it's baby sitting service, give us a relief during our stay, enable us a sweet moment alone without worrying abt my kids, and they do enjoy all the activities planned by the nanny.

It is a beautiful and peaceful place, just a 5 minute walk from Ubud center. It had just 6 rooms, but a lot of super friendly staff. You can ask everything and they help with everything. You can free pick up and drop off at Ubud center between 10am en 10.30pm, which is amazing service. The room is quite big and (looks) new and it gets cleaned thoroughly everyday by housekeeping. Doors close very good so no insects in te room. You get a electric anti-mosquito thing on your room and they have some kind of candle thing for your balcony to keep the mosquitoes away. It works really well, we didn’t see any! Would add more amazing pictures, if it would be possible. Concluding, amazing place, highly recommended!!

Superb experience staying in Zenubud! every staff are very warmth and welcoming. we love the sumptuous breakfast everyday and the very warmth welcome everyday when we returned to the villa everyday during our stay. my family are very happy with our stay and would like to extend our appreciation to all the staff especially Asih, Rama, Alex, Eka for the stay! The villa is very new and well maintained, surrounded by paddy field and it gets really dark at night with minimal light pollution where we could enjoy star gazing. We would definitely be back again when we visit Bali.

The place is absolutely beautiful! We were overwhelmed when we first arrived just seeing it from the outside. The owner greeted us with traditional Indonesian snacks to welcome us and then just pure kindness! The photos really don’t even do it any justice…as soon as you open the double door entrance and into a stunning serene outdoor area with a beautiful pool we knew we’d hit jackpot. Then into the the room itself which was huge and filled with a beautiful scent..so calming and relaxing..as well as the amazing huge bathroom and powerful shower. The place exceed our expectations and I would highly recommend! We were only gutted we couldn’t stay longer! The owner was overly accommodating and attentive to us and any requests. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
