A beautiful resort with a magical jungle pool at night. The spa services were excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by a lovely flower arrangement in the bathtub—such a thoughtful touch!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Every square inch of this property is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. There literally isn’t a corner that hasn’t been tastefully done. The multi level landscaping adds so many different “zones” to relax/unwind. The staff here redefines the meaning of hospitality - there wasn't a moment we didn't feel pampered or loved. Their smiles never leave their faces. The food from both restaurants is very good and the included breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. Overall, this has to be one of our all time top hotel experiences.

Great location: quiet and cozy small resort in a busy area, so ideally located for a rest while still being able to go and discover Ubud easily. Very helpful and kind staff. We loved our stay here.

Loved the ambience , the people. Staff were extremely helpful and d always ready to serve. The food was to die for. Even the most simple dishes were served in the most elegant way. Highly recommend the place. Very courteous spa and recreational staff. Excellent services.

It was the most pleasant stay in our lives. Everything was a dream! Our room was the premiere One-Bedroom Valley Pool Villa. The pools from the hotel (they have 2 infinity pools and 1 warm pool) were amazing. The staff was extremely kind. We even join them in their prays and they were very charming. The food was incredible (and they even have 24h room service with the full menu!). The breakfast was unbelievable! A lot of delicious food made with love. Thank you very much for giving as a true five star hotel experience!! You are not going to be wrong if you decide to stay here.
