Decor of the place was lovely! Very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Even though we had a train at 4:30 AM they prepared a breakfast for us to take. Location was brilliant 15 minute walk to Taj Mahal.

Max’s hospitality was simply amazing! The place was lovely and he made it feel like a home. There is great food that he cooks himself. He gave us an room upgrade without charging extra cost. The hotel boasts lovely, well-maintained gardens that create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail that truly enhanced our comfort. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely setting to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would like to give a special shout-out to Tina at the front desk and bartender Vivek, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service made a significant difference. We also attended the wonderful Christmas gala dinner on Christmas Eve, which featured a tasteful and delicious spread of both Indian and Western cuisine. It was a delightful culinary experience that added to the festive spirit of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Trident Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. We stayed at the Taj Street Hostel for four nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very basic, but it was great for its close proximity to the Taj and they serve food at the restaurant that we tried a couple times. The staff was super helpful and arranged Taj tickets, laundry, and Delhi transport for us.
