We stayed only one night and on the arrival we were upgraded for free. We got bigger and more comfortable room with two double beds. On our checkout day he even let us to stay in a room until our driver is arrived ( 1,5h more ).Everything was clean. Wi-Fi is excellent. And Max is nice householder. He organizes trip for us and everything was perfect. We will stay here again.

The Trident is an Oasis in Agra, a stunning property - 1 Road and 5 mins drive outside of the Taj Mahal East Gate. We took the suite, and the level of service from all members of staff inc the trainees - from housekeeping to the restaurant, poolside, front of house to the general manager was exceptional and epitomises the Oberoi and what it stands for. The hotel pricing at the restaurant and for drinks is okay for a 5* property but is more akin to western pricing than Indian. We had some troubles/ insecurities around getting a 5am train but the hotel provided a member of staff to assist us and wait with us at the station and onto the train which made us feel safe and comfortable. We have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world and this one is right up there with the very best. Thank you to everyone at Trident for making our trip to Taj Mahal unforgettable
