The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The lobby exudes elegance, and the stunning décor set the tone for our entire stay. Our room was nothing short of spectacular—immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window of [mention any landmarks or scenery] was breathtaking. Every little detail, from the plush towels to the high-end toiletries, made us feel pampered. The hotel amenities exceeded expectations. We loved the rooftop pool, which offered both relaxation and amazing city views. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the on-site spa treatments, which were the perfect way to unwind. Dining was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered an array of delicious options, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They were packed through the weekend for the Coldplay concert, however they really tried to accommodate an early check in for us which was commendable, they also were very helpful when we needed anything, didn’t rush us during our checkout either. Clean and neat rooms, good breakfast, nice staff, overall a great experience and very very good value for money.

The hotel facilities were great and the staff was exceptional. We got food poisoning through our stay and had to be admitted into hospital. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. They brought our bags to our hospital room and did our laundry free of charge. The hotel manager himself came to the hospital to check how we were.
