Very nice and helpful staff. There was a mistake with our payment and they discovered it sooner than we did. They told us about and solved the problem fast by paying us back the amount we did pay to much. So they are really reliable.

The caretaker - Anil was on hand all the time to help. He helped navigate our way round Varanasi. He kept the apartment clean and safe. We weer a party of 3 adults. The location is ideal with views from 3 rooms of the Gangha.

Fantastic location at what's basically a cultural crossroads of the city. Exceptionally friendly service all around, always asking us how we're enjoying our stay with smiles on their faces. They also serve delicious vegetarian food (no non-veg options available, but Indian veg is options are great).
