It was the most wonderful experience, we were so well taken care of, and as part of the Club Room, you get access to hi-tea and cocktails which really added to the whole experience. Take the Taj heritage tour! It's 120 years of history told by historians, who have worked at the Taj for more than 40 years. We also had hair services at the Taj Salon, and the service was impeccable. The pool was relaxing and so beautiful. And the best part of the Taj, the staff! Unbeatable service, that made us feel like family coming home.

From the minute I checked in I was made to feel welcome. It was my first stop in India and Priya was exceptional, helping me get a SIM card and showing me the nearest ATM. It was great that the hostel put on tours and entertainment which I enjoyed also. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfy that I extended my stay.

Brand new modern apartment with a wonderful staff that provided daily cleaning and helpful host, Piyush, that made check in and payment easy (everything was done contactless via WhatsApp). The apartment was very clean, had fast wifi, two Smart TVs, modern AC units and a soft mattress (unlike the normal Indian hard mattress). The security staff was always present to provide a safe environment and Piyush was always available via text to answer any concerns I had. I extended my stay so I was able to stay in two different apartments and enjoyed both. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Mumbai!

Absolutely amazing hotel- starting from the location, building itself, atmosphere inside up to the highest level of service. Rooms are clean and well-designed, with all necessary equipment and auxiliaries - flat TV set, independently controlled air conditioner, tea pot, iron + iron stand, hair dryer, and so on. Food for breakfast is extremely good in quality and of wide variety. And again - the service is perfect! All hotel facilities you may want are just there - an outdoor pool, very well-equipped gym with "wet zone": sauna, steam room, etc., 3 restaurants and lobby bar. As well , I used to spend my time for leisure and work in the Club Lounge, what I absolutely fell in love with. And again - responsiveness of the hotel management and staff as well as service provided just excellent! At my next visit to Mumbai I will definitely stay at Taj Lands End. Well done!
