Overall, this hotel is almost perfect. It offers nice views, friendly staff, and a very clean environment. Although it is somewhat pricey, it meets the expectations one would have for a hotel of this caliber. I would definitely consider staying here again.

highly recommended, very clean and spacious room. the staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurant is very good and has reasonable prices. It is also located in a very good location in south Mumbai, close to many attractions. the bathroom is clean and has lots of hot water. The wifi is also very good. Sahil is very nice and he will help you with anything you want. If you’re going to Mumbai this is the place to stay.

Location in quiet area yet a stones throw away from a lot of great cafes, shops, bazar, sea front walk. The plants in the courtyard as you walk in keep temperature a few degrees cooler than out on the street which gives a calm, peaceful vibe. Decor is tastefully done. Highly recommend

James was an engaging and generous host. He made us feel so welcome in India. The rooms are comfortable, clean and private and food was served when we wanted it. James's staff were very helpful with our bags and organising transport. We can not recommend this place more.
