What I loved about the property was there continual focus on knowing you as a person. This was my 10th stay at this four seasons, and they recognized it gave me an upgrade to an executive suite.  particularly attentive was Mr. Fagun Singh the chief Concierge), who is there to meet me when I arrived make sure that my room was spectacular and gave me the room upgrade and was there when I departed to make sure I was on my way… He is superb

The location is quite convenient, there’s a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby and local markets/shops are 5min away. The hostel has a cosy atmosphere, spacious terrace, quality mattresses and curtains for your privacy. And guess what, a filling breakfast is included in the price.

I loved how James and his assistant Pandu were always attentive to every request. Pandu wandered around with me to get the kurta that I needed for a wedding an ensured that I paid a fair price. He accompanied me to make sure I made my train when I left. They helped arrange for favorable exchange rates of USD to Rupees from local stores. They really went above and beyond for me. The location is great because its centrally located near Marine Drive.
