This was one of the best experience of my life to stay in a houseboat. These houseboats are designed in such a way that u feel like you are staying in a royal palace. The property is neat and well organised. Food was good as well. We were 8 women travelling together and Imran had arranged for a Tempo Traveller for all 5 days of our travel. Imran was very cooperative throughout and made all other arrangements whatever we needed. Would recommend Sethi Homestay highly, for their homely atmosphere and the friendly behavior.

The hotel was very nice, we were surprised by the absolute cleanliness, which meets European standards. The hotel manager was very helpful, he was able to advise interesting sites in and around the city, arrange transport, etc. We were very surprised by Srinagar, it is an exciting and quiet city. We met a few tourists from the West there as it has a reputation of being a risky place, which is not true at all. Nowhere have we found such friendly people. The city is much cleaner than other Indian cities, we felt completely safe and the old city's architecture is amazing. Recommend visiting, both the city and this hotel!

The food here is very good and very tasty, and there is an uncle and an aunt who took care of me so much that I felt like I was in my family. Here you can add your family or single if you want. And 5 further walk from here you can get sharing or full taxi to go anywhere.

You could choose what you wanted for breakfast, and it was always homemade and delicious. We also had the option to order lunch and dinner, which were just as tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel is located close to Zero Bridge. The area, like the rest of the city, is quite busy with traffic. The hotel owner, Mr. Ilham Husain Bhat, and his family took care of us in the kindest way—helping with sightseeing tips, arranging reliable taxis, and always being there when we needed anything. Mr. Bhat is a truly warm and helpful person, and his whole family made us feel like part of theirs. Staying at Hotel Ikraam Inn was a special experience for us, and we warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.
