The appartment is sparkling clean, living room is bright with plenty of sunlight coming in from both sides of building, spacious and comfy, great location in town center, easy communication with the host and clear instructions for access, loved everything.

This hotel is on Reykjavík’s main street, Laugavegur, 820 feet from the waterfront promenade. It offers an intimate setting and tastefully designed rooms. Parking is free.

The best hotel! I could not have been happier with my stay at Hotel Phoenix. My room was perfect. Clean as can be, very spacious, comfortable, quiet, and inclusive of all the amenities I needed. The two men that run the hotel are phenomenal hosts—I was always greeted with a smile and they were beyond helpful in providing information about the area. Breakfast was fantastic each morning and I looked forward to chatting with the owner. My room was freshened each day, and each night my blinds were closed and I had a chocolate on my pillow. The sweetest! I could not recommend this small hotel enough! When I visit Reykjavik again, this will be where I stay.

The apartment was beautiful, all the modern amenities were great. The free parking was a bonus given the downtown location. Instructions to access the buildings were clear and a simple self check-in. Stayed 4 adults and it was very comfortable. Pull out couch was great and comfy.
