We really enjoyed our stay at F53 Kevin's charming houses. The accomodation is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is a few steps from the center. We will definitely choose this location again when we return to the area.

We absolutely loved the location! This was our third visit to Alghero, and it was by far the best yet. Being right in the heart of the historic and lively center made our stay extra special - such a beautiful part of the city to explore and enjoy.

The hotel was more than perfect for what we wanted. Very well-located, in the heart of Alghero. The room was very big, with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was big too, very clean and sophisticated. The host was very kind and tried to feel us welcome, almost as a home. He recommended us many places to eat and visit, and took the time to explain everything we asked. If I come back to Alghero, I will definitelly return to Casa dei Luiti.

Small B&B with lots of detail. The self service breakfast was unique and great to meet the fellow travellers. I had a hostel flashback, in a very good way. The terraces have an amazing view, and perfect place to have the breakfast.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful - accommodated our 2-hour check-in change, provided clear instructions for apartment access, and stayed in touch throughout. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic too. Highly recommend!

The location is very goed, a view from balcony beautiful. Patrizia and Giovanni are very nice and easy to communicate with. If I had any questions they were really fast answering them. The location is quite, 10 minutes walk from the old center. In the evening there was live music from the bar nearby (I liked it) but in the sleeping room you would not hear it at all.
Alghero is a very nice city and if I (Kasia) would visit it again I would for sure want to stay in this apartment again.
