The hotel is very central and close to the lake and the shops. The lady who checked us in was very attentive and made us comfortable after a long day travelling. She offered recommendation on where to eat and what to do. Our room had a balcony and was very luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty and of a high quality. It was truly a boutique experience.

Location, it was so close to Duomo, and restaurants . It was huge , immaculate and everything you could possibly need was there. The communication was good and help with parking . Picking up the key was fun , with step by step guide and photos to help . I’d love to live here
