The room was beautiful, especially the wide spa bathtub. The bed was comfortable and wide. The breakfast was full and tasty, especially the locally sourced honey. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out, as we walked around Lucca for the afternoon.

We had an amazing experience at Albergo San Martino! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect – very convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms had a unique, bohemian charm to them (La Dogana&Nuccia), offering a cozy and special atmosphere that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was exceptional, just like the pictures, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We had a lovely stay at Alice Apartment in Lucca. The two-room apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city. Alice, the host, was very welcoming and thoughtful, greeting us with cookies and a bottle of wine—a sweet touch that we appreciated. The location was convenient, close to Lucca's main attractions, allowing us to easily explore the charming city. A very good choice for a pleasant stay in Lucca!

Very nice place and welcoming and friendly staff. We didn’t book breakfast but for us it was surprise and breakfast was free. Location was perfect and only 7 min away from the train station
