Clean property with a good location, close to the metro and the tramway

We loved the design and overall layout of the apartment. It was really spacious, much more than what is shown on the photos. It had everything needed for a great stay. We arrived early and thankfully the host allowed us to enter before, avoiding the nuisance of going around with the luggage.

Great place to stay, recentlyrefurbished. Very convenient location and warm and efficient host. We recommend.

Domingo welcomed us and walked with us to the apartment since we were dropped off by the taxi near Darsena. He was a really good host and introduced everything (supermarkets + restaurants + laundry shops + where to buy bus tickets + all required things that guests might have questions about) around the neighborhood on the way home. His apartment is located in a peaceful, modernized but nostalgic look. Away from the street noise, we had a good time staying in this apartment. The bed is a bit soft and comfortable for light sleepers. Private bathroom enclosed in the apartment with a closet and kitchen place for cooking. The apartment is 20 minutes away from Milan Duomo, and 5 minutes from Esselunga or Pam (local hypermarkets) by walking distance, accessible by tram and bus. For the metro, the closest is Romolo - a 15-minute walk. Domingo was really helpful when we needed to plan some trips outside Milan (to Como & Garda), he also helped us to reserve dinner tables at request. Domingo also arranged a cleaning service during our 10-day stay. When I asked for a couple more towels, they were washed and offered in the flat. Juices, coffee, and croissants were provided, even when we needed a switch converter, he went to shop for it :) More than that, Domingo offered to drive us to the central station on the last day, which helped us a lot to save time with big luggage that we didn't have to carry through the busy metro.
