Francesco was very helpful, and the accommodation was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed: towels, shampoo and shower gel, coffee and even some snacks 😊 However, that would be also great to have tea and, well, there is no elevator in the building but we didn't need it anyways. Overall, it is a great place to stay at in Napoli, definitely recommended👍🏼

This is such a great place to stay. Ico the owner was so knowledgeable about Naples and beyond and provided us with so much information. From suggesting sights to see and places to eat and even making the reservations for us made our stay so much more enjoyable, we ate so well every night. Lovely spacious modern room, very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly, Luigi gave us some great recommendations. It’s perfectly located in a nice area of Naples not far from the port. Make sure to reply to their message to tell them what time you will arrive. Staff meet you on arrival, then provide you with a key for your stay.

We thought we booked a hotel, but instead it was a kind of guesthouse on the first floor of a nice building. The host was very helpful, and we appreciated her being available not only in the morning (at the reception desk), but throughout the day she helped via Whatsapp.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was well-equipped, with bathroom amenities, slippers, and many other thoughtful details that made our stay pleasant. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating and he even allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception after check-out until we left the city. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend!
