The staff is very amiable, very nice and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous, in a spectacular room. The location is very good. You have water and coffee and tea in the room, every day, and it is included. Very recommendable.

We really enjoyed our stay. One one side the place had an beautyful vintage stile, but combined with a very modern bathroom. Everything was clean. Communication was good.

Can't wait to return. The owner greeted us and the staff were so friendly. Behind the battered entrance lies an oasis. All the guests i met felt the same. From the roof terrace to the bwdroom to the grounds to the indoor heated plunge pool. Nothing could be faulted. Decent restaurant next door. Marina and Buttina museum 7 min walk. Heaven! My only fear is it will get so popular i wont be able to get a room. Thank you so much made our last night in Pallermo so special.

Very spacious and clean rooms in a central location. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was also very nice. There are some stairs, but absolutely worth it!
