I chose this room for one night stay in Parma because it is close train station and city centre as well. Actually closer to train station, so the district looks like you can expect around train stations but it is not so bad compared to some Italian cities. The apartment is in the 3rd floor and the room was quite huge. AC worked just fine. Fast WiFi. Hot water. Everything clean and tidy. Silent in the night, I slept well, even though the bed was bit too soft for me. Communication with the owner on whatasapp. I was given keys and instructions after my arrival. In the morning, Maria made me a breakfast according to my preference, she was friendly and helpful. All good, thanks!

Just in the middle (!) of Parma! Just be aware you have to walk a bit to reach it, but just 10' is a secure parking spot. The Appartment is absolutely cool, clean and very spacious. A fabulous restaurant is just a minute away... we will go there again!

The location is near the city center ( 10 min walk ), and we were pleasantly surprised of how quiet the apartment was. . i definitely recommend the apartment. Massimo is the great host ! Forza PARMA ! i can't wait to return :)
