The location is very calm, it’s beautiful right next to the Appia regional park. The people that work in the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant are all brilliant and so so kind.

The apartment was very spacious, perfectly fitting our big group- 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 kid. Safe location with doorman during the day. There are two bathrooms which also adds to the comfort. Kitchen is small but quite enough to fit all of us with all appliances that we needed (coffee machine 😉). Very close to 24/7 supermarket and various places to grab pizza. We went to Rome for a concert and we chose the place by its distance to Palazzo Sport. Very convenient location with many bus stops around and metro station Marconi (line B) at walkable distance and few stops away from Colloseo. Next to park and large boulevards. The hosts were very kind to welcome our luggage earlier than the check-in.
