The art was cool. The staff was really nice and the room wasn't loud at all despite being in the middle of the city. Roberto let me pick between a room overlooking the city and a room overlooking the courtyard which I chose because I figured it would be quieter.

The location is great, you are 5 mins away from the colissium, and about 15 to 20 mins walking to most other big places, but along the way there a ton other things to see. There is a good selection of restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with everything. They can help you call a taxi for the airport if you need one. (all taxis have a flat fee of €50 to the airport).

Ohhh, what a lovely stay! Everything was perfect, and the location was truly magical.
Wow! Not only was I surrounded by amazing shops, but the castle right in front of the apartment was absolutely enchanting! There were fantastic restaurants, gelato spots, and souvenir shops, and it was just a short walk to public transportation. However, you won’t even need it because you can walk to major landmarks from this amazing location!
The apartment itself was the cleanest and most modern place I stayed in all of Italy. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The property had a view of the Colosseo from the sittting area outside which was great! We loved the location. It’s located to the rear of a restaurant in the same building so it could get a little noisy, but it didn’t bother us at all and it wasn’t noisy late at night. The property was just as described and was a comfortable stay for my family. The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were thin which seems to be a thing in Italy. Francesca was wonderful and left us cookies, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. She was very accommodating and let us drop our bags off early since our flight arrived early which was so helpful to us just arriving into Italy for the first time and not knowing what to expect. We also left a pair of AirPods there accidentally and she kept them safe for us all week until we could get back to pick them up which to me, was above and beyond what she had to do. We were very thankful for that.
