I had a brief but wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect—central yet quiet—and the space is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Although I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning, everything was seamless thanks to our host, Simona, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Absolutely amazing, the place is located very close to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. Alessandro was very proactive in helping us out through out our stay, he helped us with our luggage even post check-out and also getting a taxi to the airport. Him and his wife are such warm people to meet. I would highly recommend to book his place for your visit to Rome.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. We were minutes away from everything and there are nice restaurants and bars nearby. Simone was nice and punctual with everything. I especially enjoyed being 10 minutes away from the colosseum and five minutes away from the roman forum.

The property had a view of the Colosseo from the sittting area outside which was great! We loved the location. It’s located to the rear of a restaurant in the same building so it could get a little noisy, but it didn’t bother us at all and it wasn’t noisy late at night. The property was just as described and was a comfortable stay for my family. The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were thin which seems to be a thing in Italy. Francesca was wonderful and left us cookies, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. She was very accommodating and let us drop our bags off early since our flight arrived early which was so helpful to us just arriving into Italy for the first time and not knowing what to expect. We also left a pair of AirPods there accidentally and she kept them safe for us all week until we could get back to pick them up which to me, was above and beyond what she had to do. We were very thankful for that.
