Great experience, was upgraded without asking, team was exceptionnaly nice and always very helpfull. They create it 4 wonderfull days for me. Everyday, I had a present delivered in my suite !! The bar at the roof top is uncredible at night and team is top !

Location is great whether one goes to/from Termini Station or goes to explore the city on foot! Beds are very comfortable. Valeria is very responsive to the messages, she gave us some recommendations that helped a lot with our planning.
