Great location, specious clean room, new and modern.

Service was incredible. The hotel arranged my transfers from Civitavecchia Port and to the airport. I had an early flight, so they left me a light breakfast in the room the night before. Location is just a few minutes from Trevi Fountain, and other important landmarks. Also, the room is pristine— all the amenities you need and everything seems new. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was a really enjoyable stay in this hotel with good location and good food, the staffs were quite nice, the room was clean.

Mimma’s Ground Floor was the perfect place for our family of four for our 3 nights in Rome. The location was very convenient and safe - just a 2 minute walk to the top of the Spanish Steps and an easy walk or taxi ride away from all of the main attractions in Rome. The apartment was very well appointed with all the modern conveniences you would want coupled with a fun mix of decor with lots of character. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, waters, juices, wine, yogurt, breakfast pastries and lots of other snacks. The owner, Gabriele, was incredibly responsive and helpful in advance of, during, and after our stay. He greeted us when we arrived and graciously allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment prior to the check in time while they finished cleaning the apartment from the previous stay, which allowed us to get an early start on our exploration of Rome. Gabriele was also extremely quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. After we checked out and were at the airport waiting to fly back home, Gabriele messaged me that he had found a garment bag insert for one of our suitcases that contained several shirts and dresses that had accidentally been left on a high top shelf in the closet. It was flat and none of us had seen it when we did our final walk through prior to leaving. Gabriel quickly offered to have a taxi bring it to us at the airport or to have it sent to us in the United States which was just so nice and above and beyond! Initially there wasn’t enough time for a taxi to get the item to us at the airport, but then ironically our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The airline put us up in a hotel near the airport about a 35 min. drive from the apartment. Gabriele coordinated with us to have the item Ubered to our hotel that evening, saving us a lot of time, hassle and money of having to have it shipped to us in the United States.

Perfect location. Central to so many sights. Spacious and ideal for a family. Susy is simply kind hearted and very easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone

The location was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to give us directions to places and answer questions. The apartment is cute. They left us some little things such as umbrella, coffee and detergent. thank you.

The location was fabulous. It was just off the Via del Corso near Via Condotti and central to everything. There was a mini-market nearby as well as cafes and restaurants. My room was spotlessly clean and big for Rome. There was a little fridge in the room if you wanted to bring in drinks. You couldn't hear any noise at night, The bed was big and comfortable. Sylvia was wonderful and very helpful. She went out of her way to help.
