I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. Bed are clean, food are taste really good. All staffs are very helpful and informative. I love the facilities as well, those makes me comfortable staying here. It's close to the bus stop and metro. Best hotel so far.

The breakfast buffet was excellent in both choice and freshness; and the staff both in the breakfast room and at the desk were very personable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the mini bar was free. We also had dinner our first night at Ambrosia their rooftop restaurant and both the food and service were excellent. It was a very “foodie” experience.

The location is perfect, just 3 minutes walking from Roma Termini which you can find all you need to go anywhere in Rome and out of Rome. The staff are helpful and welcoming in a way that embarrassed me at times, they also explained to me everything helps me to get the most out of my visit to Rome, support in case i need to book something or if i asked for any suggestion. Breakfast was normal, not great and not bad. Bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure are perfect. Didn't here any noise from other rooms. I think if i visit Rome again, this will be my first choice.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's within walking distance from termini. Alternatively, it's close to the Castro Pretorio metro stop which connects you to several tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were as advertised. Bathroom amenity kit was extensive. Cleaning was done daily. Great buffet breakfast.

Everything was amazing! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Was a very complete room. The breakfast was delicious and very complete and balanced. The staff was absolutely lovely, always greeting us with a smile and very helpful. The location was really near the train station and to a metro stop.

The staff are really friendly and helpful! I requested to change the room because it was in the ground floor and I received a free upgrade to their suite! Welcoming drink at the terrace was so nice from the hotel. it was really nice place and definitely If we are coming to Rome again, we are staying at this hotel.
