Simply beautiful. Squeaky clean room and bathroom with plenty of space to enjoy. Complimentary coffee and tea are always well stocked, and there is great air conditioning (we were even a little cold if it stayed on too long). The hosts are more than kind and attentive, as well as helpful. Ernesto was always checking in to see if there was something we needed or if he could do anything to make our stay even more pleasant.
The location is a 10/10 as it is incredibly close to the Vatican (3 min) and Sant'Angelo Castle.
Reading other reviews, i found that many complained about the noise coming from outside. i didn't have the same experience and had a great sleep in the comfy bed. You can't open the blinds to see the view due to safety. However, that's understandable since the room was on the ground floor.
Overall, it's an amazing place and definitely the best in Rome. We can't wait to come back!

Apartments were great with all necessary amenities. Room was very clean.
The location is excellent, next to metro station (<1 min.) and bus station (<1 min.). There is a big mall next to apartments (2 min.) with everything you might need in case.
Vatican is just 2 metro stations away.
Simona was great owner who also helped us to leave our luggage for the day after check-out and answered all our questions when needed.
