3 Highlights that we loved about Venice Times Hotel:
1. You're in a quiet street but just a minute away from restaurants/bakeries/shops.
2. Everything was clean, new, comfortable and warm.
3. The staff went beyond, nothing but high praises.
The walk to San Marco's square took us about 30 minutes but you're passing so many amazing places, churches, historical monuments, and shops so it's worth the walk. On your way back you can also take a boat and it will take you very close to the hotel. Very well connected, ideal if you're trying to get away from the crowd but still be close to everything.

We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal!
In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :)

A beautiful, roomy 3-bed apartment, with charm and style, and very close to shops, sights and ferry stops.
Pietro our host - although we didn't meet him - was very good at communicating on phone and WhatsApp. He was full of good recommendations and always invited us the ask about anything we needed or was unsure about.

It has an adorable location next to canal and lovely bridge. The hotel itself is authentic, neat, and immediately feels welcoming. The special gratefulness to hotel manager Lorenzo - his professionalism and humanity is a rare combination to find. I will be back to Venice and this hotel!

We loved the patio and garden at the back of the property! Very good location, easy to find, perfect to walk and see all the little canals or just grab a water taxi. The hotel staff were all attentive. The breakfast was wonderful and Cristina was lovely, always with a friendly smile. David in reception was very helpful and helped us understand how to navigate Venice. The water taxis are definitely the best way to go around and to get the best views of Venice and all the little islands. We had a wonderful time! Thank you.
