The hotel was nice, great location, quiet and peaceful area, 10-15 minutes walk to main area with restaurants, bistros, shops etc. The water bus stops directly outside. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big enough and clean.

We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!

Room was spacious enough and very clean with nice clean linen and towels. Shower was nice and hot, everything was in place and in order. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They even packed us some breakfast to go when we had to catch an early train and thus couldn't eat their plentiful breakfast. We were travelling by train so didn't want to cross any bridge with strollers and suitcases, so their location was perfect.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful and a very spacious. Overlooking a beautiful canal and bridge. 1 minute walk to a water taxi / bus. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. A spacious shared area to make food if you would like to.
