Everything was perfect, the location 100 m from Piazza San Marco, the rich breakfast, you could serve espresso, cappuccino, American coffee, as many as you wanted. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows, adjustable air conditioning in each room of the apartment - we were accommodated in a room in the building opposite the hotel. Access to the building is by code, and the hotel and the dining room are really very nicely decorated. The rooms are equipped with a coffee machine with Lavazza tablets. The staff was very kind, both at the reception and at breakfast. The ladies who served breakfast made sure that everyone got what they wanted. I recommend this location to those who want a pleasant stay and in an area with restaurants and shops, but also very quiet at night.

The Junior suite was amazing, very roomy with a comfortable bed and fridge! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was great, close to San Marco and lots of restaurants and other shops. Getting a taxi boat is a good option for getting to the hotel, the ferry can be challenging during peak season.

The welcome at the reception was great! Well Organized, Friendly and we received a lot of useful information. The room was great in Venetian style with canal view. The location is very close to San Marco Square and loads of nice restaurants are around.

Everything 😊It’s a very fine, small , luxury hotel with the best restaurant in Venice. Wonderful view to sea and just some minutes walking distance to St. Marco. I would definitely love to return there again.
