Location is easy to Venice centre, cute Italian restaurants also nearby. We even had two rooms. As a welcome gift they gave us free Venice spritz at the bar. Breakfast was good and also has a free fresh juices which was impressive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend

Beautiful, quiet location with a view out to a garden and canal. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, newly refurbished but maintaining character of the original building. An excellent cafe/pasticceria nearby and a short walk to ferry stops. Giudecca is lovely and peaceful and away from the large crowds of tourists.

Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.

We loved absolutely everything about this place! The view is simply breathtaking, and the apartment itself is spacious, super comfortable, and has everything you might need. It’s just a quick 5-minute boat ride from San Marco Square, which made exploring Venice so easy. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, with great restaurants just a short walk away. The host was wonderfully kind, quick to respond, and made everything super easy for us — their instructions were clear, and the check-in process was smooth from start to finish. A perfect stay in a magical city!

Cute and very local. East to find and a helpful host who came personally to help when we struggled with the heating. Good amenities. Close to public transport and some excellent restaurants. Helpful host with hints about where we should go to try local delicacies and see interesting sights.

I really loved this apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful, the island is very calm and filled with local people which is very different from around St Marc’s square. The island is really beautiful. It’s a very nice place for those who love cooking.

Great location with a lovely view from the end of the street, very good waterbus connections to all points. Charming apartment, well equipped and cosy, very quiet neighbourhood with convenient shops/bars/restaurants.
