The staff here is amazing. we had to leave early the next day so only stayed 1 night .. the Owner packed us breakfast and extra snacks for our 6 hour ride back to Rome . Room had a beautiful view ..really a stunning place

Very good location, close to Rialto market and bridge. Seeing and being by Grand Canal when you get out of the door is extraordinary. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, confortable bedding. Very calm. All you need to pass good holidays!

The room was nice, the location was fantastic and the breakfast was awesome. The coffee taste just the way I won't it and it's the best of all hotel I stayed in Italy.

Everything, the location, the rooms, the service, the art, the design, the inclusive breakfast, the inclusive minibar, the view; the restaurants, the welcome service, the help they gave me when I screwed up my car rental reservations, the history of the hotel. I loved everything about this place!

You stay in a palace, overlooking the Canal San Salvador (in my case), inhabited by the city's iconic charm and calm. The room was spacious and very comfortable. You rest well between days of visits in the City of Waters.

We spent only 3 days in Venice, at the Carnival, during the chosen period also being my birthday. The hotel was perfect, well located, a 20 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and another 10 to St. Mark's Square, through the winding streets of Venice. Super qualified and kind staff, especially Anka, from the reception, very friendly and always ready to help us. Thank you, dear Anka, for the way you are, we felt like we were friends, wonderful! On the first day we arrived very early and they offered us breakfast because we wouldn't have been able to have it anyway on the last morning, as we were leaving very early. We didn't ask for this, the proposal came from them and we thought it was very nice. I had the most beautiful room with a view of the Grand Canal, room 201, the only one with a large terrace in the entire hotel. The cleaning was impeccable, many congratulations to the staff who did this service! On Sunday, when I got back to the hotel, there was a birthday cake with a card from the hotel waiting for me in the room (it was my birthday) and it was a wonderful surprise = a big plus for the attention they give to their guests. The hotel also offered us a free private tour of one of the factories in Murano with transport included, which again we thought was very nice of them. All the staff were very kind throughout our stay with them. The breakfast was very good, with several choices of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, homemade cakes, tarts and muffins, 3 kinds of juice, several choices of tea and coffee, so quite varied, you could easily find something to like it On the morning we left, very early (about 4 o'clock), they offered us coffee and biscuits. The stay at their place was full of those small gestures and details that make the difference and that turn an average stay into something exceptional.
