Communication with the staff were fast and they were responsive to my messages. The hotel is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station. The staffs were friendly and helpful, giving us information about Venice as well as showing us to our room and providing info on the room. Room was cosy and clean and wifi was strong. It is around 20 to 30 mins walk to the San Marco and Rialto bridge but it's a nice walk with beautiful sights. We didn't take the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was excellent! The bed was very comfortable, and our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and lovely. The location right on the Grand Canal was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. A special thanks to Francesca at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful in guiding us around Venice and made our stay even better. The hotel is also very convenient to the train station. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, 5min walk from orange line boar stop San Stae (from airport,15euro one way). Located a bit away from tourist crowd so quiet during night. Supermarket less than 1min away. Walk from train station was about 15min? Breakfast served in the room. Gianluca super nice and easy to communicate with.

Everything was wonderful! The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is beautiful. The location is great - it's a quick walk to the train/bus station and also an easy walk from the rest of Venice. Additionally, breakfast can be ordered for a very reasonable price and is brought up to the room. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The location is easy to reach from Garage San Marco on foot. The room itself was much more spacious and comfortable, than what we expected from the price range. The staff were very friendly. Great breakfast as well!
