The staff was very kind and professional. For Venice the room was quite spacious. We had the executive suite with a jacuzzi at the roof top, which was really enjoyable in the evening since it was quite hot in Venice during our visit. There is a nice garden at the bottom level where one can enjoy a drink a see the gondols pass. The breakfast room and the breakfast was super.

Love the free water taxi service to island Murano; The court yard is very nice for breakfast! Cozy hotel which means that very focused and attentive service to all guests! At waterfront and east walk to St Marco!

Gorgeous, located in the heart of Venice in a cute small canal with teraccea, kind staff always available to help, good breakfast, rooms well isolated from noise & newly renovated, beautiful, large bathrooms with walk-in showers. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location—within walking distance of all the main attractions, with restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to access and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Vanni, was incredibly kind and helpful. He stayed in touch, offered great tips, and really made sure we were taken care of. You really couldn’t ask for more! When we return to Venice, we’ll definitely want to stay at Vanni’s place again!

It was really outstanding accomodation. Gorgeous apartment, amazing view. Really king's room and special stay in Venice, thanks to environment and treatment in the hotel. We were offered a welcome bottle of Prosecco. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Amazing beakfast in the room the next day was awsome and it was very generous. Definitely, the most successful and gourgeous stay for a special occasion, good choice, worth for money. Very spacious big room with all facilities, shampooes, slippers, even an iron! what is not always in hotels. Location is so close to San Marco and to vaporetto stop. Many cafes and restaraunats behind the corner, though the street is quiet. Thank you very much to hotel and all staff.
