Travelling with a teenager we were upgraded to a suite with a third bed. Staff are lovely; kind, attentive, smiley, very helpful. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with local foods and western options, all freshly sourced mostly from Jordanian produce. Excellent value. Concierges very knowledgable of where to go for dining and also shopping; we needed swim wear and they knew exactly where to go. We were drinking and the valets looked after the car very well. It’s easy on and off one of the main roads in and out of Amman.

The room size was great for our family of four adults. Breakfast was included as well. The hotel is located close to a well known tourist street in Amman called Rainbow Street. Many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
