So clean and such a modern yet cultural experience of the oldest onsen in town. Onsen and showers were clean. Rooms were spacious for the “tenraku” room and onsen was so close to the middle of all the shops.

Dinner and Breakfast were good. All staff speaks good English, no language barrier at all. Private onsen was great! Free pick up services to & from hotel and Rokko mountain cable car station (even after I checked out!) We're very happy staying in your hotel.

Wonderful ryokan. Staff friendly and catered to every need. Fabulous meal and loved the private pools in our large comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We are very grateful for all the help they gave us. Additionally they serve good coffee, you have a chance to play multiple board games etc. The location is also optimal, right next to the main public onsen.
