Excellent location just 3 mins walk from JRSannomiya station. Breakfast was excellent value for money- lots of tasty Japanese food to choose from as well as rolls, croissants and yoghurt. Comfortable bed, great shower.

This hotel is the best Japanese hotel I have ever stayed in. I would stay here next time if the budget covers the accommodation fee. The room size is just like what it claimed so that I can easily open two 28" luggages at the same time. The amenities are quite great, and the quality of the bath salts is even better! The electrical equipment is better than other Japanese chain hotels.

location was convenient to main Kobe street and train station. beds were comfy and the heavy curtains gave good privacy. I liked that the women had a separate bathroom and sleeping area only accessible by key code provided to you when you check in.

Very clean and modern hotel with big-ish rooms and comfy beds. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. Free drinks between 5 and 8 pm were a nice bonus. Conveniently located close to Sannomiya Station. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay.

The best hotel we stayed in, on our trip to Japan! Great location (on a nice street and close to pub trans), nice room with a spacius bathroom, comfy beds and pilows. We loved the comfy pajamas and the great toiletries. We apreciated the bottles of water and the fact that they give you new ones each morning, also there is a catle in the room for tea/coffee making.
