This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Contemporary Elegance: A new hotel with impeccable taste. Spacious and Well-Equipped: All the amenities you could possibly need from a well-appointed kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, to a convenient washer/dryer. Fantastic Facilities: Onsen(you might find a better onsen, but this is not an onsen ryokan), a well-equipped gym, and multiple inviting lounges to unwind. Ideal Location: Cose to the ski resorts, right across a convenient store, and within a 5-minute walk of delis and restaurants. Exceptional Staff: They went out of their way to assist me with various requests, including arranging for a book delivery and helping me book activities, even though I had made those arrangements independently. Plus, if you visit Niseko during green season, Setsu is the best choice as many other hotels in the area can feel a little deserted.

Amazing complementary breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for those spending time on slopes. Renting snow gear is easy and staff is super friendly. One of the best places I have stayed at ever, period.

Ski in / ski out, amazing onsen, more importantly attentive staff that have all your best interests at heart. Wonderful touches such as laundry pods provided and state of the art Miele kitchen appliances. Ski lockers were also lovely although the temperature in the locker was a little too hot! Nice breakfast especially the croissants.
