Great location in Kitte Osaka. Professional hotel staff, superb hotel room with great view of Osaka . The bed was soo good , love the shower gel etc and also the breakfast has many to choose from and the best Beef Udon ！

Simply the best room we ever stayed in - very comfortable beds but the widest (10 metres plus ?) ceiling to floor almost all glass window giving spectacular city views especially at night time.
Most friendly helpful staff and a special shout out to Satsuki who welcomed us so well and the staff who did our room so beautifully for or special anniversary and also to the friendly bar staff especially Irene (Irish spelling 😇)

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.
