Very good location, right next to the station and big shopping centre with many restaurants. The hotel was quite modern and offered many accomodations and facilities for free. Very simple process of checking in & out. The staff was helpful and kind. Definitely recommended for such good price !

We didn’t know much about the ‘adult only’ concept of the hotel before coming but it turned out to be efficient; all facilities provided were excellent, we didn’t need to contact anyone. We ordered room service from the tv and the food was served delicious and fresh; amenities were impressive and hot and cold water provided. We were locked in until we paid at the machine in the room.

I will use this hotel if I visit Japan/Tokyo again. Perfect price for location, and it's near a mall and restaurants. I can't think of anything they did that was unadmireable. I like staying in suburbs for the quiet atmosphere and this was it!
