Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

We were impressed by the exceptional service and genuine hospitality that we received. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. During our stay, my partner fell ill and we needed to call an ambulance. One of the staff members who assisted us during this emergency was exceptional in their care and attention to detail. They were quick to call an ambulance after I requested and made sure that my partner was comfortable and well taken care of until the paramedics arrived. This staff member's exceptional English skills also greatly assisted us in translating to the paramedics, which was a great relief during a stressful situation. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location make this hotel a standout choice. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Sapporo.

It’s very close to Sapporo Station and Hokkaido University. The staff is helpful. Two kinds of pillow are available. The mattress and quilt are good. The beds are big for a twin room. The room size is big as it’s an upgraded room. Our family like the curry restaurant nearby.
