- We were not able to provide exact arrival time and even then staff picked us from the bus stop - Dinner and breakfast meals were absolutely delicious - Nice minibar in the room - Public room with a lot of free drinks - Room onsen - Bookable private onsen. We were able to visit them both.

Extremly comfortable with wonderful onsen and meals. The English speaking staff (the lady) was fantastic, told us about the history of this hotel and how they relocated the building from niigata to here, such marvelous story .

Stunning place between the mountains with natural hot springs. The hotel has secluded rooms with private pools with a wonderful view of the forest and garden. Spacious rooms with tatami mats, where they served us dinner and breakfast. The dinner was definitely a great experience and totally worth the money. The same goes for breakfast. Stuff was extremely attentive and really kind. Our biggest regret is that we have booked only one night.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
