So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!

Perfect accommodation for a family or group of travelers. Large enough for the whole group to unwind. The full sized kitchen was perfect to cook meals and the bathroom includes a bath tub which was a bonus! We did need to use a translate app to understand the washing machine and bidet toilet (which is amazing!).There is a small park for kids just around the corner too. Set amongst beautiful back streets to stroll through and a supermarket and convenience store just 2 mins walk away. About a 15 minute walk to the Metro or train. We loved this stay! Definitely recommend staying here on your Tokyo trip.

The apartment has 3 floors and is very spacious, clean, and convenient to train stations and supermarkets; it is also within a walking distance to Shinjuku and Nakano alleys/“broadway” where many restaurants are located. The kitchen has the required necessities for cooking. The owner is responsive to text and kind. Just FYI: 1. The washer does not have a dryer function but washed clothes can be hung on the balcony outside one of the bedrooms on the third floor for quick drying. 2. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area (plus for us) and the owner provides a clear instruction to reach the apartment.

The Suite was very clean and quite spacious as it was very comfortable for our family of 5. The location is easily accessible as it is a 5 minute walk from the subway. There are 2 supermarkets very close to the apartment. Overall excellent stay :)

It was comfortable, accessible, and in a nice neighborhood. It was clean, and the host provided many good amenities! They also provided very clear and easy instructions on how to access the place.

Host was very accommodating of my late arrival, made sure I was able to check-in smoothly. And was overall wonderful. I highly recommend this specific location for first-time travelers as you will have close access to foreign exchange and the train station. It's very walkable to and from the train station as well.
