It was a perfect stay. For four people with big luggage the size of the room was a great fit. We did not have any issues with moving around the room. The beds are extra comfy and the open space with the fully equipped kitchen is great for hanging out and having some snacks. The bathroom is spacious and we appreciated the separate shower from the 2 sinks and toilet. Everything is new and the self check-in was easy. Location was also convenient in Shinjuku not very far from the metro station.

The room was spotlessly clean. It was a good size for 2 people. We had a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee/water. Although we didn't have time to wash our clothes, the free use of laundry facilities was convenient. The location is close Hatsudai station, which is one stop away from Shinjuku station.
