So many amenities!! Breakfast, Karaoke in room, and very spacious living quarters. The best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan overall. Although We had a small miscommunication regarding check out, staff were very helpful taking care of the situation!

The host goes above and beyond to help you. For example, we forgot a valuable item and he shipped it to our hotel in Kyoto. He also picked us up from the station and brought us back there at the end of our stay.
The property is in a quiet area, which is perfect for sleeping after an evening of liveliness in Shinjuku.
We stayed both in this room and in room 206.
