Very close to subway station and to pier. Breakfast was simply amazing with a very wide selection. Room was very spacious with lots of toiletries. Lobby was very elegant and with an excellent bar witrh live music. Definetely will be back next year for my usual stay in Yokohama.

The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. This place was very nice, flash, clean and super friendly staff. We caught taxi to the city only cost us a total of 20,000 yen for taxis to get around town. I would 100% recommend this place to stay with friends and family.

Great hotel, wonderful sea front view room, spacious, with a Japanese style bathroom. In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.

This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.
