I didn't realise this was newly built. The location was great, my friend and I got to see parts of yokohama we never saw before. The staff were nice and very helpful. The view was stunning. Although it can get windy. We saw lots of young couples staying there. Everything in the room was easy to use and understand, and everything kept very clean. Our room had the exact same view as the lobby area with the waterfront. We are definitely coming back to stay here from now on.

The hotel and the room is great, just as expected from a Hyatt. The location is also grand, near to a subway station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Yokohama.

There were two options for breakfast (continental and japanese), both very good,and the personnel was amazing: very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable, having everything we needed. It is at a walking distance from a metro station and chinatown, with endless options for food.

The location was fantastic in one of the best areas to explore. Only a few stops from Yokoyama station and also lots of restaurants in the area. We loved the facilities on the premises, especially the laundromat and the communal lounge and dining area. Overall the hotel was a great surprise.

Great hotel, wonderful sea front view room, spacious, with a Japanese style bathroom. In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.
