The swimming pool was really nice with a great view of the city at night. The fitness room was a bit on the smaller side but very clean and convenient. On the morning we had a clear sky and our room had an amazing view of Fuji-san. The view in itself was worth the night without a doubt.

All was perfect, the room, the view, the service, the room was impeccably clean, everything was top notch, and I really enjoyed my stay there. Also loved the SPA. The hotel is a short walk to Minato Mirai metro station, and also a walking distance to all places in Minato Mirai area. There is a shuttle bus to the Haneda airport with its final stop directly at the hotel. Would be more than happy to stay there again!

The items sold at the gift shop were exciting and unique. The tuna and steak house had very good cuisine. They arranged the bus ride to the Haned airport and it was very convenient and reasonably priced.

Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality.

Old style charm with helpful concierge, easy parking, and a nice view of Yokohama. Very comfortable and next to Chinatown. Would stay there again.
