The installations are extremely spacious, comfy, have a nice ventilation, have a small Bluetooth speaker and Smart TV you can use, the bathroom has been the best so far in all of my stays, there is free drinks you can take at the lobby, a very nice breakfast in every day of your stay, it's just quite probably one of my top 3 hotels to stay.

Location is excellent. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train stations. Onyl problem was the steps going up to the hotel itself. A little tough you have heavy luggage. There's a 7/11 eight across the road and a few other konbinis nearby. There's many food options around and pretty only a few stops away from haneda airport and yokohama. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The room i had was small but sufficient for a solo traveller. The bed was quite big and was quite comfy.

This hotel is part of a hotel chain in Japan that delivers consistent value with a business traveler-friendly operating template. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This hotel is close to the Keikyu train line and thus during the day you can hear the train going by and the conductor announcements and station arrival chimes. It didn't bother me, but for some it may be too noisy. But hey, this is Tokyo. The breakfast is simple with rice or onigiri, soup, salad, and tamago set out buffet-style by sweet Japanese elderly ladies. They let you eat in the lobby or give you a box to take it up to your room. Wifi was very good and consistent.

Very close to Haneda airport and only 5 minutes walk to closest train station. Check in was very quick and easy. Bedding, sink, toilet and tub were clean.

This place simply exceed all expectations. The staff members, the cleanliness, the rooms, the restaurant and the cafe and all the little attentions are simply amazing. Location is perfect to reach central Tokyo and HND airport easily.
