Clean room, great location, friendly staff, amazing view. The interior design was minimalist which we really liked. There is a Lawson downstairs in the neighboring building but we couldn't find it. Can't comment on the sky pool or breakfast since we didn't try them.

This is a perfect place to stay for the night before you board your cruise the next day. The hotel has an elevator connecting the underground walkway with its building so you can immediately go to the building from the subway. The hotel also have almost every facilities you will need, from air-conditioning to comfy bed, basic toiletries, hair dryer, and there is even an iron and an iron board to finish up your laundry. The hotel was clean, new and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff, breakfast/restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful and all went above and beyond. My parents room was upgraded and they had a perfect view of the ship my grandmother traveled to America on in 1958. It was truly magical.

I am traveling often and I am very critical about hotels. This one is a gem. Everything is excellent. I have never seen a so high standard in service and quality. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room is gorgeous with a view. Gym/onsen/pool is enjoyable. All breakfast options are amazing. Location close to Yokohama station and nice areas of Yokohama is convenient.
