Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially these lovely ladies, Grace and Silvia. I arrived late at night as my flight was delayed. Their kitchen was closed but still decided to make and serve me food. I had initially booked a studio but they upgraded me to a one bedroom. I had a really busy work week so their kind gesture really made my stay in Nairobi so much better. The place is tastefully set up, likely to be one of the few nicest places I have stayed in. I love all the little designs in the room, from the paintings to the little baskets. I would just come back to Nairobi for a short break just to stay here. Asante sana!

The location is perfect. The size of the apartment was excellent (they’re massive). The staff were absolutely top tier! There’s a mall next door with restaurants so that was ideal too. And there’s also a restaurant next to the reception area.
