The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

It was paradise in a big city All green and ghe building was so beatiful .live fish in tbe ponds Greenery everywhere .Fro.m check in to check out to restaurant staff To the cleaners .pool staff who served cold water all day The service was top notch .The whole hotel was being cleaned all day and evening Breakfast buffet was very nice witb an omlette station and diffdrent food every day and the restaurant at night was of a very high standard every plate a piece of art and tasty and the service was 5 stars .The room was nice and I personally prefer the old rooms to the brand new decorated rooms The Renovation work didnt bother us at all .A very special experience

Just as on the photos, piece of jungle in the city. Beautiful, relaxing, great pool, staff, food!!! The breakfast was exceptional. Great hosts, helped with our entire trip in Cambodia, even though our stay at Jungle Addition was the last stop on the list. So it seems of all the other accommodations, regardless this one seemed the biggest fullest, only here the hosts found time to give us phone numbers, answer questions and basically help prior our visit with them without getting anything out of it except for our deep and honest appreciation!!! We chatted on facebook, and they arrange pick up for us, for 21,30 pm. Then we said we could be late, ending up being early, so they immediately change the time for our pick up and our driver was waiting for us, just on time!!! Want to mention the logo design, of the hotel, the bath shampoo and conditioner. Simple yet beautiful, will catch any eye with an admiration for aesthetics. So this way I read the label and it seems all of the bath accessories were with essential oils. So I used them all, they really smelled like a spa,massage
